Generally the best reference is 9-11% of a person's body weight. But it also depends on the blanket size that you choose. The bigger the blanket size the more widely distributed the weight.

3. What if I purchased the wrong size or weight?

You can contact us and we'll exchange it with the size that you want. Note that condition is still new and within 7 days after purchase.

4. How long is the warranty?

Naim weighted blanket offers a one year limited warranty.
